My baby is just 624 grms at 25th week and doctor has amended my gestational week to 24 weeks now. My regular hospital friends have nearly 750 grms, which means my baby is low in weight. Please suggest how could i solve the weight issue. Just wanted to know if this is normal or is their any birth defects to be expected? Worried please heelp...

Hi Preeti,
I am experiencing the same prob as yours. At 33 weeks gestation my baby' s weight was 1975 gm approx which is cause of worry for me. How is your baby doing now? When are you due and how much does it weigh now?

Subject:  Baby weight

Hi I am 30 weeks pregnant. My baby´ s weight was 1.2kgs during 28th week which my doctor feels is less and should have been between 1.5 to 1.8 kgs. I consulted another doctor who said this is fine and the baby could be a small baby(around 2.7kgs). I am 5feet 5 inches and normal. But my tummy looks small for 7 months. I am trying to have lots of protein food these days. Please advice if this baby weight is normal.
