Hello! I had very good hair,thick & wavy till 18 years of age.After 18,I started working,& since then my hair is thinning. Its wavy, and hence it starts entangling easily. Except trimming,i have never tried anything on my hair like straightening,colouring etc. But I dont have even 40 of what I had before. I wash my hair thrice a week, with any shampoo. I usually oil my hair rarely.I think my hair is normal, not oily or dry(If I dont wash it for a week, thats when it starts getting oily, so is that normal/oily hair?)..Am not sure if I have to cover my hair from sun or anything like that?
Could you please tell me any method to prevent hair thinning,& to improve growth & thickness of my hair.I would be grateful if you could let me know a good shampoo & conditioner as well. Thank you so much
