I go to gym. Because of the climate, my hair get wet with sweat. so i ve to wash my hair daily...
1) Is it healthy to wash hair daily?
2) Is it healthy to shampoo hair daily?
3) Is it healthy to blow dry hair daily?
Also, plz recommend a international brand of good leave- in conditioner. Anita replied. Depends on what kind of hair you have. If you have oily hair, you can wash it everyday with a mild shampoo. If you have dry hair, then no, you will dry it even more. Preferably every other day would be okay.
Regardless of what type of hair you have, No it is not a good idea to blow dry your hair everyday. You will dry out your hair and eventually your hair will start falling.
A good international brand of conditioner: again depends on your hair type. Some good brands - ABBA leave-in conditioner, Paul Mitchell, Joico, Tresemme, Pantene, John Frieda, Aveda (salon products) are also good brands. You will have to choose one with trial and error.
I have curly frizzy hair and I go to the gym and sweat a lot. By the end of my workout, my hair is frizzy. I run wet fingers through hair and blotch it out with paper towel. I use John Frieda products and feel that water seem to activate what I have in my hair again.
A friend of mine uses a hairband during work out and tells me that it really keeps her dry along the hairline. Something you can try and see. Good luck.
