How are u doing otherwise.

Since we have only a few weeks girls...have u all shortlisted any names...

Me and my hubby havent yet reached any consensus ...hmmmmm! And the search is still on !!

hi girls

hi girls,
i had my appointment too yesterday.My husb couldnt make it,so went with ananya.To top it all,i had to climb 5 floors of steps as the lift had conked off.I did manage it with ease and my doc had the cheek to say its good for me.
The baby is doing fine acc to the doc..No weight gain my end--just 15 pounds.She has asked me to increase protein intake..any tips.I do eat dal/pulses every day but no non-veg or eggs.I am in the 37th week,have been asked to do a haemoglobin test and wait patiently till Oct26th.The baby is head down but not engaged and towards my left.She has advised me against a scan as according to her babies actually detest scans and i dont nn one at this stage.
My parents will arrive 18th october,will enable them to stay on longer.
We are totally confused about names.But we have the menaka gandhi's book of names which my husband shall pore over later.
Sakhi--have not packed the bags fully yet--basic stuff like gowns are ready as the hospital is specific about gown length etc.Baby's stuff they wil provide for.
Am going for a movie girls tomorrow-\";Dil Chahta Hai\";...

Hello Jyotsna,

I am also not gaining much weight and doctor advised me to eat well + drink enough water as i needed more water due to the abdominal cramping. Why did you stop eating non-veg/egg? My next appointment with my doctor is on 11th.

Girls, its so nice that your moms are here already or some of them are coming pretty soon. We are still working on it to bring my mom/MIL to the u.s.

We haven't find out the name yet. This waiting game is really tiresome and seems like forever. I am only in 35th week so have two and half weeks more to go to become full term.

Hi Nivea

I had a long day y'day. Went for checkup and there were lots of girls for checkup and I had to wait for a long.

Pain was due to contraction of uterus and Dr said it will happen once a while since uterus is getting prepared for delivery. My baby's head is not yet desended and there is no chance of early delivery, at least not in these 2,3 days. hhmmm ... Hey, my swelling got reduced.

How are you all doing ? Padmaja, keep posting. Jyotsna have you packed your bag for hospital?

I haven't yet decided on the name, just too busy in thinking of L and D ... Have anyone thought of name yet?

I delivered a beautiful baby girl on 23rd November
at around 2 a.m. She weighed at 8lb 13oz & is 21\"; tall. It was a normal delivery, the mom & the baby are doing fine. We named her \";Shreya\";.
