I wish to ask all girls from Mumbai(India) about strollers. Yday I was talking with my sis-in-law and she was surprised to hear about strollers. she said she has not seen anyone using it.Can anyone tell me....do u use strollers or not...how do u manage when u take kids out..I mean say u goto south mumbai or farther...how u travel in local trains?..what all thgs I need to get from here when I come to India?..Sahil has started walking ...but say if we goto water kingdom...he cant walk whole day..neither I have energy to hold him whole day..Also if u r using strollers and its available there...what r prices...

i m a bit busy these days entertaing all NRI guest who r pouring in one after an other....

i use a stroller otherwise its very difficult to take kids out. infact what i have is a pram that has 3 folds, ie sleepind, slanting & sitting. i was using that ever since i got virej. now i use this pram in sitting position so i can call it a stroller. as shivani said u get good ones at shoppers stop. also at vile parle there is a very nice store called ' Me n Moms'. u get good stuff there.
but if u want to buy it just temporarily, u can buy it from any local shop, it will be cost effective.

for caring the stroller in local trains will be an event. as shivani said u need to have some help to carry it & manage u with both babies.

Yes we do use stroller here. But very few people use them compare to USA. I have a very light wt. stroller that I have purchased from Shoppersstop just for 1700 rs(do not remember exact amount).Its folding.
