Due Date Club May 2007:Urgent-Brown Discharge & blood clots
2007-01-15
Name: sufferer

Hi,

I am right now in 25th week of my pegnancy.
I was suffering from vaginal pain and back ache continuosly since past 2 weeks. I went to the doctor last week and she did an internal checkup and told me that I am suffering from infection.
She has prescribed me Clotrimazole vaginal tablets for 6 days. I have been taking the course now for past 4 days.
Yesterday morning, i observed 1-2 blood clots in the morning. Also, noticed some brown discharge in the evening.

Is it normal? I am really worried if I am suffering from something serious. Also, I read on net that UTI causes premature birth and might affect my baby.

Please let me know asap what I should do next?
-Mona
