Hi! all

I want 2 check whether my daily fruit intake is less or normal.

I usually eat apple and pear OR apple and Orange OR only apple per day. (and few dry fruits like 2 almond, 10-12 raisins, 1 dry fig, 2-3 walnuts)

since yesterday, I have started eating orange daily.

so, what do u all think abt my fruit intake? shall I increase it? Can u share ur daily fruit intakes?

thank you all for ur comments. I was thinking that I m eating less fruits, but was not sure. now, its confirmed. ur comments are really valuable for me. I will surely increase my fruite intake.

i am in 14th week n am taking 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 orange or some grapes daily.
I will start taking dry fruits soon, i am only taking raisins on & off these days.

Hi daisy & barish..
i don' t really know.. i guess barish is right.. but i also have about 1 banana and 1 apple daily... apart from that i am not eating any fruits.. but my midwife said that if you' re eatinf enough vegetables.. that is also ok.. and since our diet anyway contains quite a bit of vegetables... i think it' s fine.
anyway... that' s my view... because i am unable to drink fruit juice.. ( makes my throat sore)and i don' t think i can manage more fruits than i already am eating...

hi daisy,

fruits are very good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber etc. and i think u eat lill less fruits than u should eat. i hv 1 banana and 1 apple everyday. also eat either some strawberries aur grapes or some other fruit with it. i also drink 2 small glasses of juice everyday (one in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening). so i think u should increase ur fruit intake.
