I took my daughter's first birthday portraits at picture people. They are REALLY good. The trick for them is though we have coupons as they take many pictures of your kid, we tend to like at least 3/4 of those and will be prone to buy those too as we'll think she looks cute in that etc..and end up spending more. But I guess they are wroth it..as they came out really well.

About my daughter eating, she used to eat in high chair really well. After my mom came she started this habit of running around as she feels that way she is playing and eating & will eat more. But as my daughter LOVES baby Einstein tapes, so whenever I put that she'll forgot everything for a while and will sit in one place and eat. Try those as they are not only nice but also talks about colors, shapes etc. Now in the end whenever they say bye, she'll say bye along and if we say 1,2 and she'll say 3 (but she only knows 3 :-)..some small stuff like that.

I was going through your previous message about Shalika running around while eating...you know I have the same problem with Sanya..she just doesn't like sitting at once place and eat..I have to run after her..but these days I have started making her sit with us on dining table and have dinner together..so while she sits on the table playing with all the stuff around her..I keep on feeding her...that seems to be workign a little bit but stil I think long way to go:-)
