How do you guys feed your toddler now? Mine doesn't want to sit in one place, nor she has interest to eat. I hv to feed her roaming around with her, spilling food all over, or she wants to play with the food. How do you all manage? Give me some easy tips for feeding.

Also I see her constipated if she eats only home cooked food. She drinks lots of water though. What do I do? rk replied. hi, I have used high chair(feeding chair) for my baby since he was about 5 months old. This way they cannot run/crawl/go anywhere! You can see it online(U.S.) Some people also tie a feeding seat on a regular dining chair and make the baby sit with them on the dining table when they eat.

Virej also runs around the house while eating & makes a lot of mess too. & infact runs away from me when i have food in my hand.
he doenst c books, TV, etc. i mean nothing to keep him sitting. ya but if i take him on the window & show him birds & call out to other children playing down, he eats. but thats not possible always.
i too need some tips abt how to make him sit at one place. also i want to know as to how to make him interested in books. i have bought a lot of them, but he wants to just flip n throw n tear them.....

Jayna. rk replied. Hi, I feed on the high chair with toys in the front. If my kid drops them i pick them up while my self sitting on a chair or showing some baby picture book, etc.
For constipation you can get dried prunes from store, soak them(2-3) mash them and give it with cereal etc. or can give pears.
