I am facing a lot of problem with hair fall. Daily after headbath nearl 150 nos of hair falls from the root/scalp.

I dont have dandruff problem.

Hair is weak

My hair is normal

Kindly send the tips / tablets/ shampoo and oil details to use

just you change ur shampoo use mild shampoo and start apply oil atleast at night timings morning u can wash it
eat more spinach and carrots u will get rid

Sir/Mam ,

I an 20 year old male . My hair is falling for the past 1.5 years. Every day around 50-70 hair of mine fall. Every hair which is falling out has a bunch of flakes(scalps) at their bottom. I had consulted a Ayurvedic doctor and he had given me a oil and asked me to apply them after heating.
The amount being reduced to 40 , but the thick scalp at the bottom of every hair falling when i comb is still there. Whenever i wash my hair i loose around 100. After a head bath my hair becomes weak and very sensitive for about 5 hours. Kindly mail the remedy to strengthen my scalps so that they don' t come out and suggest my food habbits. Please know that I am a vegetarian and cannot have fish.

I' v heard that dandruff and acne are closely linked. What kind of acne results from dandruf? Are acne with pus due to dandruf or are they becos of oily skin? Please help.
