i read many of your articles regarding hair fall control, and i liked your site very much and found the articles very informative.

i fell ill a few months back and after recovering, my hair started falling very much due to which my scalp has started to be seen. i have read many of your remedies.

i m planning to do egg massage mixed with coconut oil. how many times in a week should i do it?

and i m planning to use castor oil mixed with coconut oil, inorder to gain thickness. how many times in a week should i do the oil massage?

i also have some general questions like

how many times should we comb our hair in a day? just once or twice like in morning and evening.

can you recommend a good leave in conditioner?

i have long hair, and i leave it open while sleeping. what kind of hair style do you recommend while sleeping?

my hair is not oily nor very dry, i have never died it or straighten it, nor do i dry it with drier. it is long. i dont have lice or dandruff. i use shapoo twice in the week. i wash hair almost every alternate days.i just want it to be thick. i have protien diet regulary. i would welcome your suggestions and recommendations on what i plan on doing which i mentioned above. and any suggestion preferrable for my hair also i will be glad to know.

Hi mpvijaykhanna,
i hv got my hair rebended just 2 days back.
the parlour which i had gone had used cheko company (from germany) product for rebonding my hair.as i knew the girl who was doin my treatment,i didnt ask her much and trusted her completely on this.she charged me 5,500/-for this treatment.my hair were very long till my back and she had cut my hair little above mid back.i jus want to know that am i correctly charged and is this company good.jus wanted to know whether i m cheated on this or not so that i come to know next time to correctly choose the parlour.kidly let me know your suggestion on this.thanx...........

Check with doc if its alopecia areta. If discovered then doc may inject some solution in scalp and condition can be reversed. Doc checkup is a must but get blood test done for Iron deficiency to rule out this factor... !!
