i just came across ur message regarding ur willingness to increase ur height..well read the message i have typed below and concentrate on the personality side.
see,god hasnt given anyone everything...if u havent got smething,it doesnt mean u havent got anything.not everyone is perfect..sorry to say,at this age,u cannot increae ur height.by the way,since how long have u been stuck at 5 feet?u can however,try some exercises..its difficult to explain them here but im trying..
open ur legs wide apart and open ur arms as well.now,twist toward ur right side with ur legs in the same position.just move ur arms along with ur waist.now,bend so that ur left hand touches ur right foot.look above at the other arm.ur arms should be in V shape..i hope u understand.now,return to the original position and repeat with ur left side,just replace left with right.
another extremely effective exercise is to sit on ur knees.put ur arms on the ground and lock ur fingers together.now,gradually,bend into ur hands so that ur head is on ur hands.now,slowly,try to lift urself up to balance all ur weight on ur head and hands.ur legs should be up straight.stay in this position for as long as u can bear it.then,stand up fstraigh for the same time as u had been in the invert position..this step is very IMPORTANT!i think u will gain benefit from these exercises..this exercise requires lots of practise.u can try it initially with the support of a wall..u will gradually become expert in it.i thinka ll ages can benefit from this exercise.
lastly,im not guaranteeing full results.as i said about god giving u some thing and not the other.sure,they r some defect u can correct in urself but there r permanent ones too.so,instead of weeping and moaning over them,y dont we just learn to live with them happily as we have to live with them no matter waht.if we keep moaning and get depressed,we will be losing our other attractive featres as well and ruining our lives..this is of no use!but if we manage to live with our permanent defects happily by concentrating more on our good qualities and talents and ignore those permanenet defects,we wont just be happy but also successful..coz in any case,u gotta livee!!y not live happily and successfully?look within u.u will definitely discover some amazing qualities.if not,try asking ur friend..she will give u an endless list of ur good qualities!

saniya replied. u have mentioned ur height.but u havent said anything about willing to increase it.so,im not suggesting anything for that.
lets jump to ur skin problem.u say that u have blackheads and oily skin.apply a paste of multanni mitti and besan with lemon juice on ur face.keep it on till it completely dries.then rinse it off first with warm,not HOT water and then with cool water.use a home made scrub of lemon juice and sugar granules.gently rub this scrub on ur blackheads till the sugar granules melt.then,completely wash it off and apply yoghurt to ur face to moisturise it.for oily skin,u could also try mixing tomato juice with lemon juice.this will also make u fair.
for ur facial hair,go for waxing.but dont wax ur facial hair as it will grow back thicker.priya jee suggested to apply malai(milk cream)in the night before going to bed and then washig it off in the morning.u have to be very patient for this.it may take several months to a year.but the good news is that ur hair will be permanently removed.
for ur hair,mix the following ingredients:
take 2 tablespoons of yoghurt,beat an egg and add yoghurt to it.take a teaspoon each of almond oil,castor oil,mustard oil and cider apple vinegar.mix all these ingredients well and apply on ur hair till it dries completely.then,shampoo it off twice.this tends to stink a lot as it has egg and cider apple vinegar.but dont worry,the smell will go after a few days and will obviously decrease when u shampoo ur hair.use this mixture twice a month.u will notice remarkable difference after the first application itself!!my mom thought that i was wearing a wig..she just couldnt believe that it was my hair!ur hair will become soft,silky and full of volume,shine and thickness..trust me!
now,coming to ur diet and exercise,u have to eat fresh fruits and veggies daily in large amounts.u have o avoid all fried,fatty and oily things.drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water is a MUST!u need to drink milk and eat an egg daily to improve the condition of ur hair and skin.go to bed early before 12 and wake up early.proper sleeping time helps to give u a glowing,bright,beautiful skin and combats against acne and also is good for ur body and mind.exercise daily for 30 minutes in the morning.u will hopefully lose some weight.i think u should exercise for 45 minutes as u will be eating eggs and drinking milk for ur hair.so u have to get rid of the excess hair.better to exercise for 45 minutes in ur case.lead a stress free,happy go lucky life.stress destroys ur health,body,hair mind...the list goes on and on.say a NO to depression,tension and stress and approach life with a beautiful BIIG smile!do some arm exercises and for ur fingers,try moving and stretching them.
next,u have to be patient and self confident.concentrae more on ur personality,not looks.people love u for what u are and not for how u look.just think of a really pretty person who is extremely rude and proud..do u like that person?simultaneously,think of a not so good looking person who is rather sweet,keeps smiling,caring and loving..i bet u would prefer they type 2 person more than the type 1.even people see u in this way.so,be more conscious about ur personality and character than ur looks.keep smiling and make others smile.u have to be patient too.all this will take time,but u will get safe,natural and wonderful results.dont count the no.of days u have been following my advice,count how mush u have been following it and to what precision.hopefully,u will achieve ur targets within a month or two.keep informing me.i willl be eagerly waiting for ur reply.good luck!

wooow..what a coincidence!i live in the uae too!
anyhow,for ur problem,just take equal quantities of multani mitti and besan.make a paste with them just enough to apply on ur face.
for malai,haldi and lemon,take a teaspoon or two of malai,3 drops of lemon juice and just a pinch of haldi to give it a pale yellow light creamy colour.
even i live in uae and i also use the malai of milk powder.but its not that effective as that of fresh milk.heres a suggestion.go to the market and purchase fresh full cream milk.bring it home and boil it till malai is obtained.best of luck and take care!further doubts are most welcome!

to get rid of spots, try steaming your face. put hot water in a bowl and then put your face over the bowl so that all the steam touches your face. you also need to put a towel over your head and the bowl so that no steam escapes. don't put your face too close to the water or else your skin will burn or even cause veins to pop!! if you want, you can add rose water- don't even ask why...lol! do this every so often so it will open your pores and let out the dirt. you will see the next day most of your spots are white.
after steaming, apply a toner or even beter an antiseptic cream- such as SAVLON. this is excelent!!!
