I'm travelling to india on 29th of this month & wanted to ask u a question. Y do u say that benadryl or other such medicines shd not be used during the journey? My doc is out of town & w'd appreciate if you c'd clarify my doubt. Did your child's ped say no for it?
Lot of people r advising me to give it as they say it helps the child to sleep thruout the journey, so i'm in a dilemma. Ck can you please tell me which milk did you use for your dd in india, which water & did u boil it & give & wt abt the food. Is mosnet a mosquito net or something like goodnight?
Do the airlines allow us to carry toys which have batteries in them? Please help me with these & any other travel tips you might have. Yes, i wanted to know how to carry whole milk for the flight?

ck replied. I was giving similac to Shalika in India. I used boiled normal water for mixing formula. She felt sick (slight diarrhoea, etc) I don't know if it is because of water or all that new snacks she was getting. You can take nursery water from here for formula if u want, lot of people do. I gave her only homecooked food and marie gold biscuits there.

Benadryl is ok to give before flight I think. My daughter reacted badly for ear pressure. You can get some ear drops also(ask doctor or pharmacist) and put it half hour before the fly time to reduce pain.

I don't know what is mosnet. All-out was useless and she got lot of mosquito bites and bad swellings after the bites. Take some mosquito repellent cream(with no 'deed'-my doc said) from here.

I think you should be able to use toys with batteries(since u r with the baby). If they refuse, hand over the batteries to them and use some soft toys.
