plz tell me a remedy or excercise to induce sleep. this has bcome a big problem for me. plz help!!!!! saniya replied. dear riya,
there r many reasons y people are unable to sleep.but there r many soltions as well.
let me start off by saying that proper sleep is a MUST for healthy body,skin and mind.
coming to ur problem,first of all,8 to 10 hours of sleep should be ur routine.try sleeping before 12 and wake up early.this promotes the releasing of special hormones.
have u ever wondered y ur unable to sleep?is there something bothering u?do u think aboout a particular thing or person(lol)excessively?this is a major reason y people dont get to sleep.try displacing those thoughts with something else.u know what i normally do whenim unable to sleep?i day dream during the night!hahaha.i dream about the things i find appealing and i dream that all my wishes have come true and im enjoying my life to its maximum!!and 2 minutes later,im snoring!
another reason may be that ur lazy.do u remain active during the day?try to remain as much active as possible and dont forget ur daily dose of exercise.atleast 30 minutes of ur day should be contributed towards ur exercise routine.the best time for exercise is early in the morning in fresh air.u will feel refreshed and relaxed at the same time.and what can be more beautiful in a day than a beautiful start?
finally,another reason of ur sleeplessness can be that u sleep in the afternoon.please avoid that as it just makes u lazier and lethargic.its better to be active during the day and relaaxxxx in a magical sleep in the night.after all,God has made the day for work and night for peace and tranquillity.
