My son is of the same age and even he had this problem few days ago. He did not have solids properly and had very little bottle milk (as i'm working) during the day. Also he used to cry a lot at night. But the sitauion improved on it is known. Of what i have read i recollect that at the teething stage the gums itch a lot and is also painful. Also since babies move around biting at every thing they contract stomach infection quickly. I guess you will need to c the doc if your baby cries too much is not actice and behaves cranky.Meanwhile try out new foods that he may get interested into.

hi krutika,
thanks for your reply. he's still a very active baby. he does eat a little bit. his appetite has reduced tremenduosly. and he used to eat all types of vegetable, but now he ignores totally. he has no teeth yet? i think it's no point seeing a doctor here coz they will put him on medications.
i don't want that.
i hope it'll go away on it's own. may be a growth spurt.
thanks

hello jayashree
dont get afraid and dont loose hopes, your son is absolutely fine, and give him the proper tuition and avoid more playing periods of his, and you should teach him at home when you will get free time.... - praglabh [View Message]
