hello to all!

id like to start off with praising sunniya on this message board as she has tried to increase the self-esteem of so many people. after all, if you can't love your skin then you will never be satisfied with yourself :(

i also had this problem in particular during my teens. i developed pimples on my fore-head and my skin colour was getting darker. i was very depressed and my self-confidence declined.

thankfully, i have recovered from that stage and learnt to love who i am!

unfortunately my first daughter is going through this phase and won't take 'NO' for an answer. i know exactly how she feels and wish to help her. but i hope she will soon learn from her mistakes rather than me telling her everything :D

are there fast and quick remedies u can suggest for retaining 'once' fair skin? she has dry/combination skin. my daughter was attracted to the use of 'Fair & Lovely' - shalli allow her to use this or not?

thanks bye XxX saniya replied. thnaks a lot for ur beautifuk compliments.ur compliments and hopes are what make me more eager to help u guys.u sau that ur daughter is getting self conscious.its normal to go thorugh such a stage during the teen years as im a teenager too..just a young one :P.if ur daugter has dry skin,apply malai(milk cream).a few drops of lemon juice and hardly a pinch of turmeric(haldi).dont use too much haldi as it tends to leave a yellowish stain on ur face and it cn be removed only by splashing water several tmes.but turmeric makes u fair,so use it in small amount.wash this mask off when it dries.this will besides making ur daugter fair,will also make her skin extra soft and super smooth.atleast do it for a month or more.u will c results for sure.im strongly against fair and lovely.it made my skin darker.use emami naturally fair instead.its very effective and smells too good!u can also try himalaya herbal fairness cream but not fair and lovely..it does nothing besides making u dark and ugly.heyy....dont take me the wrong way,i never said that dark is ugly..but people who wish for farness,definitely consider dark colour as \";ugly\";.give ur daughter a balanced diet.read my replies to samera's query.its quite lengthy and i cant type it all here.go through it,u will find many fairness tips for diet and sleep.till then,take care.tell ur daughter to enhance her personality more than her face.coz its no use being pretty from outside but ugly from inside.if ur beautiful from inside,even if ur the ugliest person on earth,people will love u the most according to the beauty of ur personality.and its personality which counts more in life than physical appearance as well asin the hereafter.best of luck and take care.pray for her too,i will as well.till then.good bye and do reply!
