Hi,
i have started my 11mths baby with whole milk from last 1-2 days.if any one of u have started with same can u tell my (1).how many times and what qty should i give him initially and how can i carry it with me outside.
2.shall i boil it completly then give him at room temperature or as the milk here is paesturized so i can give him like we take it what i do generally is just warm it a bit add some sugar and bournvita and then give him..i just wanted to know that shall i boil it.
if anyone of u have any knowldge regarding this do let me know.

shweta Sumana replied. According to what i have read, children who are a year old or above should drink atleast 16 ounces a day of whole milk. Since your baby is less than that, you could feed him/her more then specified or as she takes it. If you were breastfeeding your baby, i think they might like drinking cold milk, but if she was on formula, i would rather go in for warm milk as we prepare the formula in warm water and the kid is used to that. Sorry could not be of much help as my 10 month old daughter is on enfamil yet.
