Hi all
i read a lot of ur msg's & thought i'll post here to get some advice.i went for an u/s on friday & the doc said that the baby has stopped growing.but i'm not getting any bleeding.i'm in my 9th wk & the pregnancy has stopped a week or so before.i'm very upset as this is my 3rd & the longest.the previous ones were very early like 45 days & 38days...i have not got any call from my Doc & since its weekend didnt know what to do.i thought i will start bleeding but nothing only light spotting.is it a must to go for D&C or will ir start in a day or 2.has anyone experienced this.It was a great shock for me as i was having only very light spotting & no other symptoms.please do share ur input & advice.

Thanks a lot for ur reply.i just went to the doc to discuss the options.i told her i will go for D&C as i'm not having any pain nor much bleeding.they have to get back to me with the dates.
i just dont feel like something bad has happened as i'm not having any bleeding or pain.Probably after D&C i might really feel & it might sink in.
I'm also thinking of changing the doc after all this is over.let me see.....once again thanks a lot for all ur support.

Dear Hope
I understand your pain.I misscarried last Jan.Baby stopped growing after 7th week but as I had no cramps & no bleeding Doc waited till 11th week to abort it.I had D&C .This type of miss carriage is called missed abortion.
I coulden't get from your message when your doc has suggested to go for D&C.Talk to her & get a clear picture as of what should be done & when.
I know what you are going through,but hang in there.God has something good for you too ,just have little more courage ,pass this time , take good care & be hopeful for the future.

Hi Preeti

I discovered this website today and learned that you are a active member and helped lots of people on board. You are doing a great job. sometime a doctor can't help but some good encouraging words from someone like you can help better in overcoming the situation like miscarriage.
I was trying to start a new message but it didn't go through. it says internal server error. r u experiencing the same in your server. I am in US. I wanted to share lots of thing but it didn't go through. Let me know if you ahve any answer.

I would say you call up your doctor.
Don;t wait for them to call.Because they are sooo busyy and we need to call them 100 times. Are you in US.
I had u/s they found some defect (first baby).Going for 1 day full series of tests this week. I am in Philly. Where are you . If you feel like talking mail me your contact info manuram at verizon dot net.
