I breastfeed my baby. Bf is very painful because I have a milk blister on my nipple. It keeps coming and going. How can I treat the blister? Please reply.

Tips

Use Lansinoh cream on nipple, it helps. Don't put soap on breasts, just wash with water while bathing. Don't wear abrasive clothes. Let the last drop of BM dry on nipple everytime after BF, it moisturises. Hope this helps.

Don't clean the breasts before BF. It takes away the natural oil from skin.
