Hi, my friend told me to get fresh amla powder and soke it overnite and use the water on my hair and then wash it off while showering, because my hair is falling and i have some dandruff. Does anyone know if that works?

Not sure abut curing falling hair, but it will help to reduce dandruff and make your hair silky too. Amla powder is good for hair. You can also try the hair oil which has got amla in it, dont know the name but ask the chemist.
