hello to all helpers! - i really hope you can help solve my problem. i am very weary of my elbows and feel self-conscious when wearing half sleeve shirts. this is mainly because my elbows ar SO rough and have developed a greyish colour when my surrounding skin colour is a light brown. it really stands out and is so unsightly!
what can i apply to make them softer and retain their natural colour? i used to apply cocoa butter but is there any other remedy which is fast and effective?

hey monica..scrub ur elbows thrice a week with lemon juice and sugar scrub.dont forget to moisturise them well.use a good,natural moisturiser.st.ives aloe vera lotion is very effective.as far as home remedies are concerned,milk is a natural softener,moisturiser and skin lightener.u can also try yoghurt instead.take care!
