I have straight-long hair. I started prob.of split ends n heavy hair fall in Gulf.. Pls pls dear friends give me good home-remedies to stop this prob. I m worried ' coz dont like short hair. For Split ends, I suggest you get your hair trimmed BY a professional. Pls don' t do it by yourself. Just tell em that you don' t want much of hair to be gone. And belive me, trimming your hair from the bottom really helps in preventing hairfall ( it helped a lot to my friend). And for the hair falling problem, try massaging your hair with oil. Hairfall can also occur because of tension so try to relax. MAke sure that when you tie your hair, you don' t do it too tight. I have seen girls tightening their hair so harshly and they end up losing so much hair. Also make sure the shampoo you are using is for YOUR type of hair. Use good quality conditioners. Leave in conditioners can help too, (especially if your hair are dry). And hair growth can be speeded up so I guess you will just have to wait for the new hair to grow. They will grow about an inch longer in one month. Also try surfing the internet for some advice on how to prevent hairfall.
