me in 22 weeks of pregnancy...backache has started..just cant sit without support..i think pain is is in spinal..anybody facing same prob kya?? hey puja where ru?? where' ve u gone?? payal replied. hi mallika,
my due date is 11th of oct n dotn remember which wk .i used to have pain but doc told me to take calcium supplements n have atleast 1 lt of milk everyday .it did help my backache so i hope i ur having enough of calcium n make sure u dont stnd at one place for long time keep walking oe sit down whenever u feel tired.

I am having the same trouble but if you try to do Pelvic Tilt exercise it might help, since the weight of the baby causes our lower back to sway as the bodies center of gravity moves forward we end up having the back pain. I have started to do this exercise, although am really scared to do anything new but am trying slowly, not pushing myself. Hope this helps
