Hi all

Iam 18th week pregnant and sometimes i get really bad headaches.....which come and go.Does any one experience this...is it ok or a cause of concen??

i am 11 week pregent. even i also get headache sometimes. what do you do usually in such situation? i live in USA.. can we take any pain killers ?? do you have any idea?

Dear raneek,
it's normal to have headache while pregnant. It's mixed partly due to your hormones relaxed on your body and partly due to exposer to cold air.
Try to cover your face properly if you are walking in free air.
If you live in USA then you can take some Tylenol to get relief. If in India then ask for Acetaminophen, speak to your Dr. about this.
There is nothing to worry about.
