thank you vijay.since from my child hood I was using coconut oil.but 2 months back i switched to gingeli oil.pls let me know which is better? i had nice thick long hait till my knee.but for the last 4 or 5 yrs im facing severe hair fall. it lost its length&thickness.Actually i didn mind it.but now i feel sad.I wish to get my long thick hair back again.

of them is to cut them off. You can prevent them by keeping your hair conditioned. I am sure others will post some home remedies here.
I dont apply oil, and i dont get split ends, i dont even use conditioners, and i live in a country with bad weather and even worse water. I guess it has something to do with your nutrition.
Take multivitamins, or foods containing them. Keep junk food out, and healthy food in, it will help you in all health matters.
