Hello!! my prb iz that if i drink milk daily and butter etc than my complexion becomes fair but my body becomes healthy too.. So that's y i want some diet which make me fair n slim n smart as well...Can i use honey+ lemon mixture in morning??Or is it \";Saffi\"; good for my complexion n body??

n bye 4 n0w!!! saniya replied. samra,u can consume anything u like as long as it is healthy.and u can also have junk food but in extremely small quantities.u say that dairy products make u fair.continue consuming thme.but,exercise as well.they may make u fair but also have large quantities of fat which should be gotten rid of.so exercise daily and dont forget to wash ur face after perspiring or sweating.yes u can use honey and lemon in the morning.infact,it is preferable to do it in the morning.safi will clear out ur pimples,spots and blemishes.in short,u will be bestowed wiha clear and healthy complexion.it will also help in weight reduction.reduce oily and spicy foods in ur diet and consume more of healthy,fresh foods.have green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits daily in large amounts instead of junk food.i wish u all the best!
