Anything that i can eat or consume to get fair skin? saniya replied. drinking warm milk daily with a few strands of saffron is believed to make u fair.however,there is no such scientific evidence ofr this.but whats the harm in trying?natural vegetables and fruits are meant to give u natural colour.one of my friend's relatives tried drinking beetroot,sanghara and carrot juice daily in large amounts for fifteen days and my friend conveys that she was dark but got fair all over by consuming this.however,im not advising this on my own risk as i havent seen her relative.drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.read my answer to samera's query.and be patient.all this will take a long time to work.but the patience is worth the results!if ur naturally dark,then i dont think anything will work.but by following my advice,u will definitely achieve glowing and healthy skin.it is the clarity and health of ur skin which constitutes its beauty and not the colour.i know many people with fair skin but too many ugly spots.and some with dark skin but extremely gorgeous,spotless,glowing skin.i find dark but clear skin more appealing since the colour is dark but sooo clear.so,always opt for healthy rather than fair skin.theres nothing wron with trying to get fair but over obsession with fairness is wrong.drink lemon juice with honey and warm water every morning on waking up,it will help u reduce weight and will also give u smooth and shiny skin.good luck and be patient!
