I got curly frizy hair.is it ok for the hair to iron it to get it straight?.I got couple of gray hairs..I am tempting to color it.Can you recommend any hair color brand which doesn't damage hair??

Ironing your hair is strictly No-no. I have had some people around me iron their hair, and it really dries them like hell! After ironing and straightening, the hair is almost dehydrated, resulting in more split heads, and the quality of hair is degraded. I have a bit of frizzy hair too, and i straighten them once a month, during a function, not more than that.
I recommend to never use a iron, if you do use anythign to straighten, use a hair straighteneer, but not more than 2 times a month, plus remember to deep condition your hair after you are done.
About hair colours, i am very unfamiliar with it, but i guess loreal and garnier are some of the optimum brands out in the market. Please try them, as i have had positive feedback. How old are you? And is there a reason why you have grey hairs?

dont use any straighteners for more than 2-3 times a month, they will dry your hair. And considering your age is just one of the factors, we have to consider your region, water, nutrition, underlying diseases, hormones levels and so on.
Anyway, since this query is only to using irons or not, i stronly say NO, because i have personally seen the effects, and they arent good.
