Name: pls someone help!



Hi, Please if someone can please tell me my cousin just shaved her hair and it's been 2 months. What oil should she use to make her hair thicker (means new hair growth)? Olive oil, almond oil or coconut? Please if any one had any idea or personal experience help! Thanks.

i'm sorry to say that applying oils of any kind does not help the hair grow or get thicker. Hair grows from beneath your scalp where it is nourished by blood which carries your nutrients and oxygen. if you eat healthy you're blood will be carrying the nutrients and protein that hair needs. eating healthy will not make it grow at any fast rate, however. hair grows only a certain each month. but having a poor diet won't help it.

Glad to see someone offer some logical advice.
But oils can help when oils are used to massage the scalp and promote circulation, so oils dont directly promote hair growth, but indirectly and in a small way.
Any oil will do, but mostly with vit a and vit e combinations do good, because they also nourish the scalp skin. But yes, they wont drectiyl influence in thicker or faster hair growth, that totally depends upon your state of health, if its frazzled, gallons of oil wont help it grow any hair.
