Hi,
I love to have long hair.I try to take good care of it.Please suggest some remedies for Growing Long HAIR.I want to try them at home.Please Help.Thankyou.

Hey, here' s my secret to growing hair:

when you take prenatal vitamins, your hair grows like crazy. I' am sure a regular multi-vitamin will help too. It sure helps me and my hair is atleast 3 ft long and i' am 30 yrs old with 2 kids.

I also notice that my hair sure grows longer in summer faster than winter. Also i notice that when i was trying to lose weight my hair was growing longer. Hair growth related with weight loss. I don' t know how much truth to it, but you may want to google it.

1. hair doesnt grow fast enough in winters
2. apply good oils and wash them off after a few hours, dont let them stand more than 6 hours
3. remove all hair losing causes like dandruff or other such skin conditions
4. maintain proper nutrition
5. check out the drugs you are using right now, some might cause hair loss
6. maintain stress free lifestyle and a healthy one
7. use onion juice on your scalp to promote hair growth.
8. dont use hair dryers , or colouring, or hair straightening, or any other such things.
9. take care of your body, if you wont, it will bite back.

take advice from professional people,. i have seen alot of people and quacks roam around here give free advice without an inkling about the hair structure or skin structure. Home based remedies arent bad, infact we try to incorporate the most, but you must understand each body, each mind are different, and we have to work out something in co-ordination. Therefore if you feel the urge, get yourself checked by a doctor, there are always underlying conditons that cause hair loss. 99% are underlying causes, once those causes are removed, the hair growth is restored on its own.
