Due Date Club December 2006:no weight gain

iam in my 13th week. I lost 3 kgs (7.5 pounds) since i concieved. Is it normal. I have read that we shoul gain at least 2-3 pounds during first three months.

I agree if you have nausea,unable to keep food then you wont gain weight. Infact couple of my frineds lost weight in the 1st trimester.
I am in my 13th week too. I gained 2 pounds.

One gains weight mostly in the 2nd trimester so don't worry there is more fatness written all over us in the months to come :)

Hey ,

if you have morning sickness , then it is commo to lose weight in the first trimester .. hopefully your sickness would have abated by now .. dont worry ..you will gain weight .... consult your doc to get their opinion to be on the safer side ...

i also saw your other post .. evne i had one side abdominal pain .. i think it is due to stretching of the ligaments as the uterus expands ..as long as it is not unbearable and you do not have any vaginal bleeding ..you should be fine .. again do ask your doctor/nurse to be on the safer side ...
