hi,
I wanna know is tht ok to wax around nipples cause i m having lot of hair aorund my nipples not on my nipples........wch is the best method to clean or remove hair. Also i hav noticed they r growing more & mre . Also i breastfeed so plz tell me any solution. Thanxs

Waxing makes the skin sensitive and is not a good idea while you are breastfeeding. You may want to use a tweezer until you stop feeding the baby. Waxing is painful, and causes redness and sensitivity especially if the wax is too hot, applied too thick, or if it is done repeatedly on the same area of skin.

So be patient. Laser hair removal is also very succcessful, painless and costs much less than you think!

dear babydoll,

growth of hair around nipples is due to hormonal changes which is normal. and waxing it will make the tender skin rough in due course if not immediately. and since you are a feeding mother, i request you to consult your gynecologist what can be done. i can understand it can cause problems for the baby. so please do ask your gynec what should be done to remove those hair. before you use any thing on your breasts, please consult the gynec, as it should not affect the baby who is suckling. please seek professional advice. please? im sorry i have not given you a counsel. but i would have if you were not a mother of a baby. i am sorry i have not been of any help to you.
