hey..my hair has never been too strong but recently i had done straightening and due to that i think iam havin continious hairfall.its really bad..at the moment im using vatika hair contol shampoo and oli but its if no us...pliz help

buy Fenugreek Fenugreek 250g from grocery soak in curd for whole night just take in the morning.grind it like a paste by mixie then apply the paste leave one hour after wash by the paste.
