i really dont understand the concept why you force people to eat protein content more often than they should being a doctor, i assure you nothing extra ordinary happens, so stop prescribing more protein, cause that would add to more calories, if you dont know the basics, you should rather stop giving out fool's advice.
Kai, you are probably not suffering from anything, 50-100 hairs are a normal trait. The change of weather or water, stress, food contribute to alot of things and might cause excessive hair loss. You might or might not be suffering from telogen effluvium (google it). Just trying taking soem multivitamins and multi minerals, dont take alot of stress ,cause the main cause of hair loss is stress. Use mild shampooes, dont blow dry your hair, if you have dandruff, eliminate the cause, Oil your hair, and remember to massage it. Use a wide toothed comb to massage your scalp gently.

and kik your ignorant a$$ vijay. If you arent a medical professional , dont act like one, and dont claim excessive protein wont do a thing. First of all you ignorant village idiot, there are no hair cells that imbibe protein, its follicles that do most of the stuff for the hair. Secondly the body can take protein to only some extent, too much of it causes kidney damage, thirdly too much of anything adds up to calories.
Protein wont do a damn extra thing to the hair, but ofcourse its need for the body, in regular, normal amounts. Dont go eating protein like there is no tommorow. Protein content should be 35%, carbs 35%, rest fat. And this is the ideal way to consume a balanced diet.
And for the last time, extra protein wont regenerate hair, but all round nutrition will, ask any sane person, and he will tell you that. I suffer from hair loss, and i am on multivitamins and multiminerals, and its worked like a charm, and yes my protein consumption is low.

Texturizing spray for thin hair
Hello everyone,
I have medium volume hair but my hair type is very thin and silky. Due to which my hair doesn't hold curls for long hours. I have heard that texturizing spray helps to solve the above problem. Could someone please suggest the good texturizing spray for thin hair?... - Amulya Peru [View Message]
