Hello,
I have a question. I am here in usa. My motherinlaw told me that you have to start eating 'gathoda' in 8th and 9th month. I have no idea about that thing and my mother didn't have any idea about that. I asked to my doctor but he is AMERICAN and he can't understand about that things. If anybody have any idea or any indian doctor will read it please let me know. I will just entering in my 8 th month. Please help me with information and my babies' health.
Thanks

I know mums know best but do not take this. Ganthoda is very hot for your body and can cause premature labour. You should eat this after baby is born as it will help clear your system after birth.

Dear Niyati,
What's important in 8th month and onward is your baby is developing his/her lungs and nervous system rapidly apart from that eye development, adding layers of fat under skin, gaining weight are other things going on.
All is needed is that you take complete healthy meal and have a little bit of fats, calcium and proteins included in your diet to boost bone development, nervous sytem development and sufficient weight gain for your baby.

Neighther do I know what's GATHODA, better you ask your husband or mother-in-law again.
Archie
