My skin complexion is medium.To increase my skin complexion, shall i use lemmon and honey for face also.Give me tips to increase my skin colour.

hi devi,

apply a paste of tomato juice and thick curd from which most of its water is squeezed out every morning and apply aloe vera at night. this will lighten your shade by atleast 2. scrub your face with a good face scrub every alternative day and cleanse your face everyday. use besan to wash your face. apply moisturizer regularly. do a natural facial every fifth day. apart from that, drink a lot of fruit juices. many a time, just external treatment does not help, as the external look is the reflection of the inside. so clean up your system and eat quality food- rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. take spinach everyday, practically in every meal. spinach is very very very good for the skin. so is tomato, papaya and orange. make a juice of them and drink atleast 200ml of each everyday. papaya works wonders on the skin. expect a favourably big change by the end of 2 months by following this.

I have a better suggestion. Have you heard of Kojic Acid Soap? It is a natural product, very well known in asia as a whitening soap. You use this once a day, preferably in the evening, followed by a moisturizer, or, extra virgin coconut oil.
