Susy replied. Don' t listen to what people say, you know you' re body and the behaviour of your baby, I support all the other replies you' ve had, there' s nothing wrong with you going to work so just carry on.
Besides, its better for you to be active as much as possible before the birth as it will make your recovery so much easier. I stopped work at 33 weeks because if I took leave any later I would have to forfeit some of my annual leave entitlement, but I dodn' t sit sround all day, I walked my 5 year old son to school everyday, I' ve completely changed my garden (chopped down a tree and two bushes, planted new grass, and scrubbed the paving), my neighbours thought I was mad.
Now mt bran new little girl is two weeks old and I can fit into my old Jeans again and I feel very healthy and extremely happy.
Good luck
Deepthi replied. Hi Lakshmi,
I have an 18 month old daughter. I was working till the day of my contractions. My daughter was born 10 days early and for me I got spotting at work and I drove to doctor' s office where I was told I was already having mild contarctions, and baby was born next day. So don' t worry..if you feel comfortable working and there are no health concerns, you can continue working if you think that is best!! you alone can judge your situation,..don' t bother too much about what others say!! good luck to you.

Kranti replied. Hi,
My daughter is 16 months old. I worked till the last day of my pregnancy. Let people say anything... If you know that you and your baby is fine then keep on working.. You must be the correct person to jugde. If there are any health complications/ care to be taken then discuss it with your doctor

A replied. Im 36 weeks pregnant an every one in my office keeps telling me to proceed on leave but i feel very comfortable at work. At home i only feel lazy and the whole day i just sleep and do nothing at all ..but at work i remain active. after listening to people every day now i have finally applied for leave from 18th June that time ill be 37 weeks pregnant. But being a working women i want to keep working as much as possible so that i can take my leave when my baby comes. But i guess its better we listen to our body than other to what others say ...if i feel comfortable i will keep coming ...they day i feel im not able to stay in office ill start my leave.
