Normal Delivery:tummy after normal delivery.....

i had a normal delivery and my tummy came to its original shape...but after few months i started gaining weight and my tummy now looks like 3 months pregnant...i never eat oily food, sweets or vry spicy food...
but i dont know why my tummy is coming out...
And i also wana tell tat iam not getting my periods regularly after the delivery....my baby is 10 months old and i had my period only twice...
can any one help me knowing the reason for increasing weight and the remedy to reduce it?

i also had a norm delivery i lost most tummy fat by doing yoga regularly,try doing yoga asanas, u vil reduce weight

Traditionally after delivery it is recommended to apply sesame oil all over the body before taking bath. This reduces the tummy.

Please check your thyroid level. Exact same thing happened to me. Everybody said I looked great in the first three months.. and then I slowly gained weight.. It took me 3 more months to realize and go to the doc and check.. it seems its normal to get crazy throid level after delivery..

Go for brisk walking 30 mins daily...and do some tummy tucking excercises.
