Hi priyaji,
priyaji ..i have alot of pimples on my face ..i was using tomato from last 1 week but as i apply tomato juice on my face ..my pimples become more and more biger..Wht is happening priyaji .. Doesnt tomato juice suits on all skin .. or what should i do now priya ji ..
I have tis pimples problem from last 2-3 years ..i have tried everything .. i have showed my pimples problem to so many doctors say this is ur age factor .. It will be alright with age.. they give medicines but nothing happens..Infact now also i m taking medcines for 1 month..
please U tell me some other home remdies which can help me removing pimples..or any pimple removing gel or cream or anything ..if it is some allergy so if u can tell something which can remove allergies from skin .. i will be thankful to u ..

dear manisha,

tomato has disinfectant content and is anti-inflammatory compound. so there is very less chance of you having got the pimples aggravated because of that. clean your face. wash it once in 3 hours with mild soap preferrably with neem or lemon in it. wash your face with a mug of warm water which has been boiled with 2 handsfull of neem and tulsi leaves. to make it bearable for the skin, let it cool in room temperature. apply lemon juice every morning before sun rise. keep it on for 15 minutes and rinse off. it may slightly burn or itch. but dont worry. its because it is reacting. its good. but to an extent, the physicians are right. during my teens even i had awful pimples. one or two would still come despite my keeping my face clean and doing all the treatments with tomato and lemon. but it subsided slowly. use clearasil. it is quite a good ointment. very effective. reduce the oil and fat content in your food. dont take ghee. remove the fat from curd if at all you want to have it. no junk food. eat idlis every morning. its very good. it gives you a lot of energy and a meal's intake of oily or fatty substance is evaded.

dear manisha,

good. but dont skip breakfast. the breakfast must be the heaviest meal of the day. and dont skip dinner as well. an ideal breakfast can be a glass of milk (about 150 ml), 2 slices of salted bread (white or brown or garlic), a cereal, fruits, a cup of spinach and a badam or two. spinach in every meal is a must. a soup inbetween, fruit juices as well. a cup of variety of vegetables in the afternon either as salad or cooked sabjee, 2 rotis/ 2 slices of bread, a cup of rice, a cup of buttermilk. or even vegetable sandwiches with no or less butter and more of green chutney with some spinach in it can not only fill your stomach, but also give you all the necessary nutrients possible. going on a crash diet can nasty your system and give a very aged and unhealthy look. the skin is the first that is affected. at night, as you do, take a lot of fruits. include a banana everyday. you will be surprised to know how much of nutritive value bana has and the variety of diseases that it prevents. bananas are very good for people having ulcers. and do take spinach and a roti or pasta or bread or anything of the sort without much fat or oil apart from taking the fruits.

I have bought lakme strawberry silk creme also..i m using it ..its a nice cream .. thanks alot ..
I am not taking oily food, and i dont like junk food too..I dont take breakfast and dinner ..Instead i take alot of fruits ..I take lunch only..I have reduced oil ,rice everything ..
