i was a silent reader of this board...my due date is dec 7...im in uae noe....this is my second child....im breast feedin my first one(hu is one n half year)my prob is i lost 1 kg...according to my doc im supposed to gain weight noe....hoe long can i breastfeed my first child?accordin to my doc i can bf till 5 months but she is not very convincin plz help me....my doc did 3mths scannin she told me tht placenta is low...is it coz i lift my son?plz help me

Alisha,
Congratulations on your new pregnancy.
Can you do followings:
Stop lifting your son hereafter. Your low lying placenta is less likely be due to you lifting your son, but if you continue lifting son with low lying planceta there is a pretty good possibility for bleeding for you and you don't want to get there.

Can you also stop feeding your first baby since you discovered you are pregnant. For following reasons, sometime milk of pregnant women is not as suitable for toddler you have lots going on in your body. Also your first baby is 1.5 years and fed for enough time on breast, you should try to reduce it and stop as soon as possible.
