How are you all and your lil cuties? looks like board has been very quite.
Good luck to Reena and Raj. Reena, glad to know that you are doing ok. Take rest and relax.
Raj, hope your hubby is getting better.

I am leaving for India this weekend and good bye to you all for now...will get back to you when I come back. Hope this board will remain active and supportive like always.

can you please tell me whether you are carrying diapers,formula,cereal and other baby food from here itself.
I am so confused as to ho i'll pack all this stuff..specially so much formula.

Hi Komal,

lot of last min stuff..very busy. but wanted to tell you that i saw photo magnets in walmart at back to school stuffs.
I am taking diapers, baby food, cereal from here as per my friends suggestions who visited India recently with their kids. You can get those in b'lore too..gerber baby jars costs abt 100rs/jar. abt formula..Rajju doesn't tkae formula but I'm carrying 2 tins(just in case) may be i will mix it with cereal. I heard that you can get similac in b'lore those are made in dubai and abt lactogen babies who are not used to that may get gassiness.

hi priya,
Even i will get the umbrella stroller from sears ...have to try and put megha in that..god knows if she will sit...
in that case we will have to have a back pack as our hand bag....otherwise won't be able to manage baby, hand luggage and stroller all together.

if u read my prevoius post on travel to india, vani and padma replied me.

i won't take much food from here. we get good quality formula and cerelac over in india also. my mom also told me so.
if u have any issues like baby vomitting or reflux then u can think of taking a lot of packs. otherwise its okay to take a few only.

i am also taking a umbrella stroller which u get in sears for 16 dollars.
do u think a 6 month old baby will be comfortable in that. atleast it will be useful for me when coming back.

hi all

why all of u r so silent. i know everyone are busy with kids/jobs etc. but still try to rebember this ip site and we all will be in touch sharing the milestones of our kids.
