Want to know moms who still exclusively/partially breastfeed - when did u start giving water to little ones regularly and how much? Also when did you start giving finger food? Is it totally safe to give them finger food? Doc asked me 2 start bt I am not comfortable giving it yet.

Have you started on giving them non-veg jarred food.

All your answers will be appreciated. Pls mention if u r partially or exclusively BF

Reena replied. Hi Meenu- I am exclusively BFing Rishu as of now but want to start giving him formula at least at nite so that he sleeps better- am just holding back coz I am scared he will start vomitting again. I have not started giving him water yet as babies if only BF dont need it as BM has it. It just fills up their tummies more. But of course there is absolute no harm in giving it to them too. I did give him some today for the first time and he seemed to like it. But again there is no need as such nutritionally now. If on formula yes as they get consti otherwise. I gve R dabur janam ghutti and I swear by it.

I also got finger food kal but am reluctant to give it yet as it really doesnt dissolve all that easily even though they say it does. I am scared of choking.
As far as non veg is concerned you know his solid waala prob now so nope, not yet!!
