Hi, I am 21 years old and my hair looks very thin compared to before, say 5 yrs ago. from the age of 16 till now my stress level seems high as currently i am in the teaching profession.I sleep only 5 hrs a day. My hair is dry and so i apply oil but i change oil occasionally and may i know how long do i apply oil? Is it good to use a variety of oil? I have yet to dry with eggs. I also had an itchy scalp and head & shoulders helped me overcome it however i also felt that too much chemicals may contribute to my hairfall. Is there any other herbal shampoo that i can use so that my scalp doesnt become itchy again with dandruff? Is sikkhakai good? My hair strand is thin too. What should i do? 2.Take mehandi powder mix with curd mix it like a paste. Apply that paste in ur scalp. leave ½ hour to 1 hour. After you can wash it

3.Take white yolk from egg. Apply in ur scalp. leave 1 hour. After you can wash it

4.Take curry leaves and if u can able means take intake or else in the coconut oil u just put in the open pan.heat it .the juice of curry leaves will settle down slowly and colour of oil also change.take from pan and keep in good container.

5.castor oil is good for hair.it will give density.but the problem is stickyness.so weekly once apply it for an 2 hour before goto hair wash

use bajaj almond oil one nite before the next day hair wash.previous nite put some methi seeds sooked inwater overnite . next day 1hr before bath cut fresh aloevera leaf , peel the cover and get the treansparent thing out . put the methi seeds and the aloevera transparent thing in the mixer and apply in on ur scalp . do this twice a week . trust me with the results . excellent .
there is this shampoo called ganozhi made from mushroom extracts . see if u can get this .
