hi all,
i have been neglecting my hair since 2 years like crazy because i had few personal problems.i absolutely neglected to take care of my skin & hair.now i want to take some time to get back my healthy hair.can anyone plz suggest what are the basic requirements to take care of the hair? how many times a week should i apply hair oil & how many times should i take head bath?is there any other tips other than this?thanks verne replied. a dermatologist or a trichologist for personalised hair care, not everyone;s hair is the same, and not everyone's brand will suit you, if you care for your hair, spend a little money and time on it. M replied. I had exactly the same kind of experience, but even for more than 2 years I couldn't take proper self care because of depression. Now I've been oiling my hair almost everyday with different hair oils (branded or just plain coconut oil, sesame oil, almond oil) and doing head massage every day also and after about half a year my hair really improved, became so shiny and healthy looking and grows faster too. I wash my hair twice a week. If it's not suitable for you to oil hair so often then you can try at least before every hair washing. It really works!

wash ur hair atleast 4 days once by mild shampoo or herbal shampoo apply conditioner after the wash
take protein content food thats enough
