Due Date Club May 2007:Archie and others-Dizziness

Hi All
Recently i have been getting dixzzy spells. could anyone tell me why this is. the Dr has told me to eat more frequently during the day, I have tried this but sometimes still feeling this please help. also my legs ache as though i have ran for miles dont know is this weakness?

Dizziness is caused by gas- Drink a lot of fluids and do not over eat gassy foods like potato, chick peas etc. Include curry leaf, garlic when making food which can help to relieve gas. Hope this helps.

mostly low BP, not concerning if you can snack up and hydrate well.
also see if you can get a blood glucose level checked?

My bp last vist was 86/50 they said it was o.k because i had a small frame.
