Models and actresses are the major victims of anorexia. This is because they are more conscious about their body shape and figure. They can do anything to get thin and nice body. We know many examples of Hollywood and Bollywood stars. In India we have one example of Mallika Sherawat. Although she is not so beautiful she has got and amazing body through surgeries. I also wanted to lose weight but after reading I just got a little scared. Once a person gets addicted to this desire of weight loss this disorder only kill the person through anorexia. Now I feel that it is better to have a healthy body rather than losing weight. I think that symptoms of anorexia are quite different from normal weight loss. When I was planning for weight loss through yoga, after performing yoga I used to feel very hungry but I used to feel fresh. But I have heard that most of the Indian models and TV actresses also prefer binge eating and purging. I think that as western culture is adopted by Indians lot of the diseases that are prevailing there are caused to Indians. If you will keep a track you will see such diseases will start prevailing in India too.
