help! i am quite young and i have noticed i have got some premature wrinkles around my eyes (crows feet) and was wondering of there are any natural remedies ??? also has anyone tried castor oil and has it worked ?? thanks x Priyadarshani Jai Prakash replied. hi aisha,

wash your face and neck with warm water and then give it a cold douche. dont wipe the skin with a towel but massage it with the palms. palms must move upward from the neck. apply sesame or coconut oil over the face and neck before you go to sleep: pat the face lightly after application of oil for three to four minutes. wipe the oil with a soft cloth and then with a wet towel. remember that anger and irritation add to the lines of age on the face. a smile, better still, a hearty laugh exercise the muscles of the face better than anything and that can take care of the loose skin better than anything.

also try this anti-wrinkle oil to banish crow’s feet and laugh lines. mix aloe vera gel and extra virgin olive oil (increase the ratio of olive oil if your skin is drier) and apply on affected areas. the aloe vera will control the skin from the damages caused by the sun and rejuvenate it, olive oil adds moisture and elasticity to it. If you have very oily skin, apply just the aloe vera gel.
