hi!
almond oil is very good for the face it helps in moisturising the face,massage it on the face jus before u take ur shower,do use it regularly to
notice that glow on ur face.almond oil is good for the hair if mixed with olive oil heated slightly and then applied on the hair to have shiny soft hair.hope this helps u.
