What is the best skin cream to make skin fair?

Also is this a good cream
Stillman's + Betnovate + Fair & Lovely cream + Archie Cream combined togather. Alot of ppl are saying if you put this on the skin and face combined togather it will make your skin fair is this true? does this have any side affects and also is this permanent. Hope to get reply back thank you.

i always recommend Revlon products to all, because Revlon always has mild products. try Revlon Touch & Glow Fairness Lotion consist of an Advanced vitamin agent that makes skin fairer, dual sunscreens protect skin from the harsh rays of the sun.

and frankly, i have not experimented on the combination. but, whatever, i'm against fair and lovely at all ends.
