Pls give me a homeremedy or cream to make my skin ligthter please i know it can not become white i just want to make it lighter. Is their any thing i can eat or drink for lighter skin??? also give me a home remedy that will truly work please as well as a good cream to use to make skin lighter also what should i clean my face with on a daily basis? I live in Canada thank you Madam please replyy back and help me with my needs.

hi,u could try leomon and henoy or cucomber jucies.read some aritcles about skin to lighten .thats all we can do about lightening our skin or body.thx bye

hi mehreen,

to lighten your skin, applying juice of lemon is the best. you can mix honey with it, as it easily moisturizes the skin. take 2 tomatoes every day and a few strands of kesar in hot milk can help. it helps lighten the skin of children. but i dont know how much it would help an adult. but you can give it a try. take a cup or yoghurt every morning/ afternoon and night. drink milk instead of tea/ coffee. if you dont like to drink plain milk, go for flavoured milk. take a lot of greens. take fish everyday. all these things help lighten the skin and brings natural glow, shine and smoothness to the skin. i know this because most bengalis follow this diet and bengalis are known to have soft, fair, flawless skin.
